I’ve known Alain for almost a decade now (mostly through Super Hero Forum RPGS and social networks) and consider him a very good friend. Even when we just wrote Batman fanfiction and Role Played online , I could tell he was a very talented writer. As I’ve gotten to know him, I have also learned that Alain is an awesome artists.

His comic, Lost in Confusion, is a great read. It’s about the misadventures of Luc (an art school student who has moved to the city of San Francisco), his friends, and a penguin named Alfred. you can find it at lostinconfusioncomic.net

And, just as a side note, I want to say thank you to everyone who contributed to the guest comics this week. you have no idea how huge of a favor you all did us in allowing us to focus on the book for the week without having to leave our faithful readers empty-handed. Josh and I are brain-storming a few ways to say “Thank You”, but I hope this message will do for right now. *Internet hugs* 

I love love love Knit Princess. It was the only other knitting webcomic I found out on the web when I first started making Worsted For Wear. I highly recommend it! you can find it at www.knitprincess.com

Michael Corley does his own webcomic called Vox in a Box :

Just a quick note: We didn’t get very many submissions this week, so we will be running them on a M-W-F schedule.  If anyone else is wanting to submit but didn’t have the time, I am leaving submissions open until Thurdays at 10pm EST. 

That said, Josh and I may take the next week off from the strip to work on the book and other Kickstarter related projects. We don’t want to leave you all empty-handed, however, so we’re putting out an open call for guest comics. We will need a total of five guest strips, so there’s plenty of room for variety. We just ask that you follow a few guidelines:

• Your comic must be turned in by May 12th (This Sunday) to WorstedforWear@gmail.com
• Size: Make sure your comic is a 970 px wide 72 dpi JPG file.
• Attribution: Be sure to include your name and, if you have one you’d like to share, the name and url for your comic or website.
• Keep it clean: Josh and I like to consider WFW a family friendly strip, so we’d really like it if your guest comic is pg-13 or cleaner.
• Have fun!
