I remember in France, all the wine was being exported and the average Frenchman had to drink Algerian wine. Caused a whole lot of whining……

If it’s not from my mom’s stash… I’ll order from KnitPicks or Webz and ship it to her house, and then she sends them my way. Sadly, in India, all we can get is acrylic: all that nice “sari silk” is for export only, and you can’t find cotton or wool otherwise to save your life.

Question – where do you order yarn? I’m getting to the point where it’s really not financially viable to get it from the local store (as much as I love them; and I’ll still get my needles there). Any sites that are better than others?
