LOL! Yes, excellent comic. I love that Adele can knit upside down.
Just yesterday, I was wondering if I would be able to knit upside down on one of those Teeter Hang Up thingies. You are in my head way too much…it’s getting scary now.
What is that in the last two panels? A…tire? (maybe I should hit the gym more…I’ve no clue what that is!)
it’s more fun to make up your own lyrics to a popular tune.
I go to the gym regularly (i.e. more than I’d like), and I have no idea what the purple tire thing is…
The best example I can find of a tire workout is this video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CkAVdFcr_9Y
Chaos, a bootcamp-style class at my gym, uses the tires for two of it’s 25 stations. First station: You flip it over twice and then jump through and over to the other side and flip it back the other way. Second station: You hit the tire with a weighted sledge hammer. Certainly keeps the workout interesting and tough!
