Panel 2:
CAM: Hey, Adele.
ADELE: Hey, Cam. I had a bunch of extra oranges this week from Bountiful Baskets. Thought I'd bring you some.
Panel 3:
SFX: FWUMP!
Panel 4:
ADELE: You know what? I'll hold on to this box.
CAM: Yeah, no. That's fair.

And this is why, as a crocheter, I got into the habit of crocheting OVER my ends whenever possible. No weaving in! Haven’t learned how to do that while knooking/knitting yet, though.
I literally laughed out loud!
Heck yes Terri! Best thing ever! The first blanket I ever made had a lot of color changes, and the weaving in at the end took hours. Now, years later, those pesky ends keeping popping out anyway.
Not so with all the projects that I just stitched right over the ends – you can’t find them if you try and they never come loose! I also like, I think it’s called, the Russian join for wool yarns – teasing apart the strands and twisting the two ends together so that the yarn becomes continuous. Works best for joining same color balls, and only really works for natural fibers. That could work for knitters! (I crochet)
Also, I’m in Adele’s situation: so many WIP’s…..
this is the sole reason why i knit my ends into my work. cuts down the work of weaving in my ends significantly!
I’m ashamed to admit this, but it never occured to me that I could do that! O.O Searching youtube for a tutorial on knitting in ends now!
I have never laughed so hard at a comic before…
